Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy, Due to the nature of the personal use of the products. It is unusual for the allowance of a return unless previously discussed and permitted by Good Skin Matters Management.

A Return and Refund policy will consist of:

Terms of return 14 days of purchase date.
State of return unused, sealed product in original packaging.
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product).

The process of refund will begin upon receipt of the intact, unused, undamaged product within 14 days of purchase.
