Pamela Good is a medically certified esthetician, skin health coach, and founder of Good Skin Matters™, where she helps clients build clear, hydrated, resilient skin through a regionally climate-adaptive approach developed over 35+ years in the field.
Her path began early, shaped by caregiving and her own lifelong skin challenges — experiences that grew into a career spanning makeup artistry, medical esthetics, corrective treatments, and clinic ownership. She founded Good Skin Matters in 2002 and has since developed the Skin Resilience Protocol™, a three-phase system: Stabilize, Synchronize, Strengthen - delivered through 6- and 12-week programs, in-person facials, and virtual coaching. Living and working in the Colorado mountains, she built her method around the realities of high-altitude, variable climates and the way skin actually responds to hormones, stress, and environment.
Pamela works with women, men, and teens through four distinct pathways within a single unified protocol, and connects clients to vetted providers through her GSM Provider Network when broader care is needed.
Beyond her practice, Pamela is an Alignable Alliance Ambassador for Chaffee County and an active voice in the Arkansas Valley business community, where she focuses on local economic development, housing advocacy, and small business support. She believes the strongest results - for skin, for businesses, for communities — come from the same place: consistent care, the right partnerships, and systems built to last.
